Barton R. Bentley is an attorney and shareholder with FizerBeck, practicing real estate, partnership and business law. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Bart is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, where he has served on the Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He is the former Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Houston Bar Association. He is also a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the Texas College of Real Estate Lawyers and the Houston Real Estate Lawyers Council, as well as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association. Bart is a frequent speaker at professional meetings and conferences.

Bart Received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1973 (cum laude), and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1976 (cum laude, Order of the Coif).
