Jennifer M. Graff

Jennifer M. Graff, an associate with FizerBeck, represents clients on tax and business related issues. She also has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting agreements, including contracts and initial formation documents for partnerships, L.P.s, L.L.C.s, and S and C corporations. Ms. Graff is qualified in providing specific tax advice to clients involved in workouts, restructures, and bankruptcies.

Ms. Graff is a 1991 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she majored in Business Administration. Ms. Graff received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1995. While at South Texas, Ms. Graff was a member of the Order of the Lytae and an Assistant Articles Editor of the South Texas Law Review. Ms. Graff also served as an intern for the Texas Supreme Court. Ms. Graff received her L.L.M. degree in Taxation from Southern Methodist University in 2000.

Prior to joining Fizer Beck, Ms. Graff served as a briefing attorney for The Eleventh District Court of Appeals for Texas, an attorney for the Social Security Administration in the Office of Hearings & Appeals, a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice in the Tax Division, and a tax and business planning associate in the Houston office of a large, full-service law firm and a small bankruptcy boutique law firm.

Ms. Graff is a member of the Houston Bar Association/Tax and Business Sections. She currently volunteers for the Children’s Museum of Houston as an active member of the Junior League of Houston.
