In conjunction with other areas of the firm, our business organizations practice assists clients in all facets of their businesses, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, conversions and advice to management on business matters. We have significant experience representing both acquiring and target companies in private business acquisitions. In addition, we assist many businesses with restructuring and reorganization. We prepare all necessary documents for the formation and operation of closely-held businesses (i.e., corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies), counsel owners on their continuing operations, and render advice to directors and officers on laws governing their conduct.
