Jeff McClean is an attorney with FizerBeck specializing in the areas of tax-exempt organizations and charitable giving, along with a practice in taxation, estate planning, and probate law.

Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Real Estate, Probate and Trust; Taxation Sections), the Houston Bar Association (Probate, Trusts and Estates; Taxation Sections), the Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the Houston Estate and Financial Forum.

Jeff received a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2006 and his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2009 (with honors). While at the University of Texas, he was the Chief Articles Editor of the American Journal of Criminal Law and a legislative intern for State Senator Florence Shapiro. Prior to joining FizerBeck in 2010, Jeff was an attorney with the Taxation Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office.

Currently, Jeff is a volunteer attorney with the Texas Taxpayer Assistance Project.
