Robert A. Tarleton is an attorney with FizerBeck, practicing estate planning, taxation, and probate law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section), the Houston Bar Association, and The Woodlands Bar Association.

Robert earned a B.A. at the University of Chicago in 2001, and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2009, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Science and Technology Law Review. Prior to law school, Robert served as an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005, reaching the rank of Captain.
