Shane W. Hudson is an attorney and shareholder with FizerBeck practicing in the areas of business organizations, tax-exempt organizations, and general taxation and business law (including acquisitions). He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In addition, he is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.

He received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1997 and his J.D. from the University of Houston in 2005 (cum laude) where he was an editor for the Houston Journal of International Law and a member of the Order of the Barons. He is a graduate of Strake Jesuit and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church – Memorial Park.

Prior to law school, he worked for several technology companies as a systems design and development consultant advising companies on technology development and implementation issues. He joined FizerBeck after graduating law school.
