Amanda M. Gyeszly/  Shareholder  /

Amanda M. Gyeszly is a shareholder with FizerBeck, and her practice focuses on complex trust and estate matters, including estate planning, business succession planning, charitable giving and exempt organizations, taxation, preparation of wills, trusts and transactional documents, probate and estate administration, and assisting clients with marital property issues.  Amanda also advises clients on related matters involving fiduciary law and estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. She is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Amanda is a frequent speaker at professional meetings and legal conferences on topics related to estate planning and probate, taxation and governance matters.  Amanda began her career at FizerBeck and was an attorney with the firm from 2004 – 2015.  During 2015 – 2018, she worked as the Director of a private family office in Houston, and rejoined FizerBeck in August 2018.
