Jovana Popovich / shareholder /

Jovana Popovich is a shareholder with FizerBeck, practicing taxation, estate planning and probate administration. Jovana assists clients in designing and implementing simple to complex estate plans, including the drafting of simple and complex Wills and Trust agreements, as well as drafting, implementation, and reporting of sophisticated estate planning documents and techniques. With respect to estate administration, Jovana assists client with the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates, including the funding of testamentary trusts. Jovana also assists clients with the preparation and review of Gift Tax Returns and Estate Tax Returns, allocations and elections associated with the Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax and analysis of matters pertaining to Estate, Gift, and GST Taxes.
