Jerry is a shareholder with FizerBeck.  His practice is primarily focused on trust and estate matters, including estate and gift planning, taxation, probate, trust and estate administration, the preparation of wills and trusts, and assisting clients with charitable giving.  Planning regarding estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes is a significant part of his practice.  Jerry is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He has been named as a Texas Super Lawyer (Estate Planning and Probate) and as one of The Best Lawyers in America (Trusts and Estates).  Prior to attending law school, Jerry was a CPA with the accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells.
