Stefnee began her career with FizerBeck upon graduation from law school in 1993. She has been a FizerBeck shareholder since 1998. Stefnee’s practice focuses on all aspects of sophisticated wealth transfer planning. She prepares complex estate plans, including wills and trusts, and she assists clients with implementing sophisticated giving plans. Stefnee also assists her clients in the administration of trusts and estates, including matters involving estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes as well as fiduciary matters. Stefnee has been Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1999. She has been named as a Texas Super Lawyer (Estate Planning and Probate) consecutively since 2010. Prior to that, she was a Texas Rising Star (Estate Planning and Probate) from 2005-2008. She has also been named as one of The Best Lawyers in America (Trusts and Estates).
